Creating a Blog for the First Time

After months and months of putting off designing and creating a blog, I have finally done so.

When I finally decided to finally sit down and get to work, I found the entire ecosystem of static site builders, SSR tools, and deployment infrastructure overwhelming. I wanted a simple way to be able to share my content and other projects with the world.

For now, I’ve ended up using astro and a theme I grabbed from GitHub.

I’ve been stock piling some thoughts for months, as beginner blog posts, in order to have some content for when I finally did make a blog. I’ll be sharing those in the near future.
